项目位于芜湖市经开区龙山街道境内，主要建设高标准生产厂房（含研发办公）、仓储、行政办公配套、宿舍、食堂、商业设施、门卫室、地面停车场及附属设施。项目创新采用“工业上楼”模式（即垂直工厂），通过高层建筑实现生产、研发、办公一体化，提升土地利用效率。

The project is located in Longshan Street, Economic Development Zone, Wuhu City, mainly constructing high standard production plants (including research and development offices), warehouses, administrative office facilities, dormitories, canteens, commercial facilities, guard rooms, ground parking lots, and ancillary facilities. The project innovation adopts the "industrial upstairs" model (i.e. vertical factory), which integrates production, research and development, and office through high-rise buildings to improve land use efficiency.
