大湾区科学论坛永久会址项目位于广州南沙明珠湾核心地段，毗邻南沙科学城，项目建成后将成为世界级高层科技学术交流活动的标志性建筑。本项目为一期建设工程，总用地面积47920㎡，总建筑面积9.35万㎡。本期项目建设内容有：学术中心、科技馆、公共配套服务、地下车库及室外绿化、道路广场等附属工程。

The permanent venue project of the Greater Bay Area Science Forum is located in the core area of Mingzhu Bay in Nansha, Guangzhou, adjacent to Nansha Science City. After completion, the project will become a landmark building for world-class high-level scientific and technological academic exchange activities. This project is a phase one construction project, with a total land area of 47920 square meters and a total construction area of 93500 square meters. The construction content of this project includes: academic center, science and technology museum, public supporting services, underground garage and outdoor greening, road square and other ancillary projects.
